Deleting and Restoring Projects in ZONE

In this help & support document, we will guide you through deleting and restoring a project in ZONE. Please ensure you follow these steps carefully.

Step 1:

Access your dashboard and decide the project you wish to delete. You can find it under the order status section. Once you have identified the project, proceed to select it.

Step 2:

Click on Project Status, a menu will appear. Choose the "Archive" option by right-clicking on it with your mouse.

Step 3:

A new window titled "Project Move Confirmation" will appear. To confirm the deletion, click on the "OK" button. This action will archive the project.

Please note that the archived project will remain in the system for a period of 30 days before being permanently deleted.

Step 4:

A confirmation window will appear, seeking your confirmation to restore the project. Click on the "OK" button to proceed.

Step 5:

To verify that the project has been successfully restored, click on the "Open" status once again. You will be able to view the restored project within this section.
